No engagement is formed here

Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, a contractor engagement, or a binding service agreement. Recruiting engagements with companies, and placements of candidates, are formed only by a separate written agreement. Candidates placed through Magic Staffing engage with hiring companies directly as independent contractors; Magic Staffing is not a party to, and does not manage, that relationship.
