What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, contact details, company (if given), and the details of your request or application. We don't run analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies on this site.

How we use it

To respond to you and do the work you asked about — matching candidates with companies and answering inquiries. Candidate information is shared with a hiring company only as part of an actual submission for an actual opportunity. We do not sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

How it's handled

Form submissions are delivered to us by email via a form-relay provider and are retained only as long as needed to work your request or maintain our business records. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@magicstaffingcompany.com and we'll handle it promptly, subject to records we're required to keep.

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
